S.E.L.F. Do You Believe Education, teaches girls how to become their authentic self through individual power. Weekly workshops promote self-esteem, self-awareness, and self-worth through curriculum based on our four distinct pillars, Self-Determination, Empowerment, Love, and Freedom. Each pillar has distinct learning outcomes designed to explore self-concept, develop inner strength, spread love and attract positive thoughts. Group sessions are offered for durations ranging from 12-weeks up to a school year.

Group meets once a week for 1.5 hours.
