The

S.E.L.F., Do You Believe?, is an empowerment program that offers workshops, trainings, field trips and community service activities to girls between 5 and 18. S.E.L.F. promotes self-discovery, self-awareness and self-worth through four distinct pillars – Self Determination, Empowerment, Love and Freedom.

Through these four pillars, S.E.L.F. provides opportunities for girls to be edified, encouraged and equipped; to acquire skills that ignite inspiration while building positive growth and development through individual power.

Toyasha believes that there is a little girl that lives within each of us that craves love and attention. She “pops up” when we are unable to navigate unresolved past hurts or childhood trauma. When we are not acknowledged, heard, nurtured and do not have our needs addressed, a lack of safety and wellness is produced which breeds unworthiness and insecurity. Toyasha had a little girl that lived inside of her too.  She nurtured her and attended to her needs, until one day, that little girl grew up!

The solution is simple: to ignite personal growth and make learning fun and experiential. Our programming leaves girls with confidence to crush their goals while trying new things to maximize their growth potential. If learning is essential for proper development, then empowerment gained through self-knowledge can help girls reach previously unachieved levels of confidence.
